Dandelion, a brand-new (built in 2024) residence, is ideal for families or friends who want to spend their vacation next to the sea. About 100 meters away, you may find the sandy beach of Plakias, ideal for both adults and kids. It lies in walking distance to the beach and stores.
The residence spreads over three floors and it can host up to four (4) people. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a large, comfortable sofa, and a satellite TV. The terrace on the first floor also offers a swimming pool above the ground with an amazing view of the scenery and the sea! On the terrace, there are also sunbeds and a table to enjoy your meals.
On the same floor, there is also a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor, there is another large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Another large balcony awaits you on the second floor to enjoy the view along with a twin gazebo sunbed to relax!
In all the bathrooms, amenities like shampoo, shower gel and soap are offered.
Free parking is available on the premises of our residence.
Housekeeping is provided once a week (or upon request).
