Following your arrival to Chania Airport, you can rent a car and follow these instructions to reach Plakias:
- Get on VOAK/A90/E75 in Tsikalaria from EO Aerodromiou Soudas and Akrotiriou
- Follow VOAK/E75 to Rethymno. Take the exit toward SPILI/RETHYMNO from VOAK/E75
- Follow Rethimnou-Agias Galinis road and Koxaron-Moni Prevelis road to Plakias

Arrival to Plakias from Heraklion Airport (HER)
Following your arrival to Heraklion Airport, you can rent a car and follow these instructions to reach Plakias:
- Get on VOAK/E75 from Palea EO Irakliou Agiou Nikolaou/PEO90
- Follow VOAK/E75 to Rethimnou-Agias Galinis in Rethymno. Take the exit toward Rethymno (Centre) from VOAK/E75
- Follow Rethimnou-Agias Galinis road and Koxaron-Moni Prevelis road to Plakias
