Ortansia, also built in 2024, is a three-bedroom residence, ideal for families or larger groups who want to spend their vacation next to the sea. The sandy beach of Plakias, ideal for both adults and kids lies about 100 meters away from the residence. Ortansia lies within walking distance of the beach and stores.
Spread over two floors, Ortansia residence offers a combination of shared spaces and private rooms, equipped with all the amenities.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 guests, and a stylish living area with a Satellite TV, with a view of the pool.
There is also a master bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a queen-size bed.
Two additional master bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a big window from wall to wall, leading to a balcony just above the pool and a quieter one with a mountain view window.
In all the bathrooms, amenities like shampoo, shower gel and soap are offered.
The window in the living room, will lead you to the outdoor area. It features an swimming pool as well as sunbeds. There is also a dining table, under the shade of a bioclimatic pergola to enjoy your meals by the pool!
Free parking is available on the premises of our residence.
Housekeeping is provided once a week (or upon request).
