Policy
Our accommodation policy
- Check-in hours between 15:00-22:00 and check-out hours between 07:00-11:00.
- For early check-in and late check-out please inform us in advance.
- Iakinthos residence can accommodate up to six (6) people.
- Baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge.
- Wheelchair is accessible in the residence (first floor only).
- Smoking is allowed.
- Pets are allowed in the residence. Please inform us in advance.
Quality Standards
The residences are painted with premium quality, ecological paint certified by the E.U. Eco-labelling Board. It does not contain ammonia or other dangerous substances, such as aromatics hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenolethoxylates.
During the construction of the residences, high quality and certified heat and sound insulating materials were used.
Our pool is regularly cleaned and maintained to make sure the water has the correct pH levels and is safe to use.
We also use eco-friendly laundry products for linen and towels and cleaning products for every surface of the residence.
Hot water is available all day long through solar water heating.
Equipment & Amenities
In the bathrooms we provide high quality amenities (shampoo, conditioner and soap).
In the kitchen we use high quality branded appliances such as LG, Whirlpool, Zanussi, Philips and Nespresso.
All balcony doors and windows are equipped with insect screens.
All power sockets in the house are safe for children.
